How did you remove the saturation of everything but the rose? Do you desaturate all the colors that aren’t pink? Or do you have to manually isolate the rose first (like by masking it off)?
In this photo I just desaturated the primary colors of the background (yellow and green) and because the pink color was too bright I played with the red color and desaturated it a little bit.
