Reading his newspaper every morning, was one of his daily routines, especially after his retirement. He used to cut articles from the newspaper, on subjects he knew we were interested in, and give them to us so we can stay informed.
That’s one small memory of the many precious recollections I have of you!
With their matching red ribbons, they were a perfect match. My cousin sat on the floor and cuddled with our lovely dog Rudy. He was so happy that he sat there taking in the full attention and love she was giving. Both of them, were enjoying the moment and it was as though they were left in each other’s arms. Although is was just for a moment, their warm aura filled the room.
Witnessing this tender and loving scene, I couldn’t resist the urge to freeze the moment.
…During their winter promenade by the Danube river, something unexpected got their attention from the other side of the river, so they moved closer to the river bank. The father, as an adult with more experience and knowledge is trying to give an explanation to his little one, who listens carefully to his story.
After a long pause, they continued staring at the the river and slowly both of them immersed in their own thoughts!
This quiet and beautiful moment though did not last for long, because they were interrupted by the other members of the family.
